Agency Recruiter – Sales & Talent Delivery - Full Remote / $125K CAD

This range is provided by Humanup.io. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$150,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a high-performing 360° recruiter with a proven track record of billing $300K+ CAD annually.

If you’re only experienced in sourcing candidates but haven’t developed your own client base, this role isn’t for you.

If you’re not comfortable with business development, prospecting, and negotiating deals, this isn’t the right fit.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development – You will be responsible for signing your own clients and growing your book of business.

Client Management – Build strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure top-tier delivery.

360° Recruitment – Handle the full cycle: from winning new business to sourcing and placing top talent.

High-Performance Culture – We openly share performance metrics, no fluff, just results.

Be Comfortable with Prospecting – You must be able to generate your own clients. This role is for closers, not just recruiters.

Fully Remote & Flexible – Work where you perform best, whether it’s Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Paris, Bali, or Dubai.

You’ve never billed $300K+ CAD in a year – If your best year in recruitment is $180K, this job isn’t for you.

You’re looking for an internal recruitment or Talent Acquisition role – We respect internal recruiters, but this role is focused on business development and agency recruitment.

You need daily supervision – If you require constant check-ins to stay motivated, this isn’t the place for you.

You’re hesitant about business development – If you prefer working only on existing accounts and aren’t comfortable building new relationships, this isn’t the right fit.

You don’t like sharing your numbers – Transparency is everything here. If that makes you uncomfortable, it probably means your results aren’t great.

You’re not a closer – If your strategy is to send CVs and wait for something to happen, you won’t last here. We want dealmakers, not order-takers.

You don’t like competition – If the idea of a healthy, friendly competition makes you uncomfortable, this isn’t for you. We reward the best billers every quarter and celebrate those who raise the bar.
