POSITION: Aftersales Business Development Manager
LOCATION: Mississauga, Canada

RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $92,000 - $118,000*

Reporting to the Customer Service Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize parts sales, improve customer retention, and optimize profitability within Customer Service. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury automotive market, strong business acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will work closely with retailers, internal teams, and external partners to achieve ambitious sales targets and elevate the overall customer experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase parts sales across the dealer network.
  • Develop and manage CPP parts sales incentive programs and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on parts sales performance against targets.
  • Develop and implement customer retention programs to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage our Customer Experience program, including branded goods and service events.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor aftersales activities and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and manage aftersales program budgets.
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Perform other duties as required.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine proactive solutions to the outcomes of data analytics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftersales business development, preferably in the luxury automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer retention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
