Job summary

CHEP in Delta, BC is seeking a Warehouse Personnel to repair CHEP pallets weighing 50-70 lbs in a fast-paced, safe production environment. You will support service centre operations through pallet inspection, sorting, repair, and general warehouse duties.

This full-time, unionized role offers starting wage $28.26–$29.61 per hour with promotions after probation, monthly production incentives, and a strong Zero Harm safety culture; shift is Afternoon 3:00-11:00 PM Sunday to Thursday.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of general labour, construction, carpentry, landscaping or similar experience (required).
  • 1-3 years of power tools experience (required).
  • Previous forklift experience or certificate (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Inspect pallets and repair damaged CHEP pallets weighing 50–70 lbs.
  • Sort pallets and perform general warehouse duties.
  • Support service centre operations while contributing to Zero Harm safety culture.
