Job summary

MacLean Engineering & Marketing Co Limited is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Barrie, Ontario location. The role involves off-loading, put-away, picking and staging materials, while delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers.

Proficiency with forklift/crane operation and ERP systems is required. Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, be able to work independently or in a team, and demonstrate strong organizational and time

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience (shipping/receiving, inventory, WIP)
• Forklift/Reach Truck or Crane experience
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective communication with others
• Ability to plan and prioritize
• Superior organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Unload, put-away, pick, and stage materials and parts
• Ensure accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments in the system
• Read and interpret pick lists accurately
• Verify parts against paperwork and bin locations
• Pack and label items for shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
• Keep work area clean and organized (5-S)
• Support production and shipping as needed
