Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Warehouse Personnel to repair damaged pallets (50-70 lbs) in a fast-paced production environment. You will inspect, sort and repair pallets while contributing to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture and supporting service centre operations.

You will work full-time on afternoons, with union benefits and paid breaks. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are required; forklift experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general labour, construction, carpentry, landscaping or similar experience (required)
• 1-3 years of power tools experience (required)
• Previous forklift experience or certificate (preferred)

About the Role

The Warehouse Personnel repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing between 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This is a fast‑paced, quota‑driven production environment with performance incentive opportunities.

In this hands‑on role, you will support service centre operations through pallet inspection, sorting, repair, and general warehouse duties while contributing to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture.

Compensation:

• $28.26-$29.61/hrstarting wage (pay increase after probation)
• Additional pay premium based on shift
• Performance-based production incentives, paid monthly

• Sunday to Thursday
• Shifts available: Afternoon (3:00-11:00PM)(subject to change based on business needs)
• Full-time, Permanent

Vous devez avoir !

• Diplôme d’études secondaires (requis)
• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en construction, menuiserie, aménagement paysager ou dans un domaine similaire (requis)
• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience avec des outils électriques
• Capacité à effectuer un travail physique, incluant le levage de charges jusqu’à 70 lb
• Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
