Overview

Are you ready to get hands-on and build a rewarding future in the booming warehousing and logistics industry? This is your chance to join a top-tier international logistics company known for excellence in global shipping, imports, and exports. Position: Inbound Warehouse Associate / Cargo Loader
Location: Dufferin Place SE & Ave SE, Calgary
Shift: Full-Time Monday to Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Afternoon/Evening Shift).

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and organize inbound freight shipments in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Perform repetitive heavy lifting of packages up to 50 lbs (25 kgs); follow safe lifting practices and use team lifting techniques for oversized items
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when labeling, scanning, and processing shipments to meet quality standards
• Stand and walk on concrete warehouse flooring for extended periods; maintain a steady work pace throughout the shift
• Use voice-directed picking systems (Vocollect headsets) to increase picking speed and inventory accuracy
• Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and comply with all standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment, with the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Flexible and available to work across all shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required by operational needs
