Job Duties:

1. Inspect materials and sort items or materials into designated areas;
2. Pull contaminants from the sorting line;
3. Perform cleaning duties related to plant equipment and general housekeeping;
4. Maintain an excellent attendance record, safety, and work quality;
5. Ensure PPE equipment is utilized;
6. Observe safe work practices.

Requirements:

1. Ability to perform repetitive and physical tasks for extended periods and lift items up to 20 lb;
2. Effective interpersonal skills to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, instructions, signs, signals, and safety training;
3. Ability to work in all weather conditions;
4. Willingness to work overtime as required;
5. Forklift licensing is an asset.
