East Penn Canada is seeking an Afternoon Shift Label Coordinator to manage day-to-day labeling of products and support warehouse operations. You will ensure accurate labeling, maintain label inventory, and coordinate with IT and Master Data teams for label guide updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, distribution or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is an asset.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail oriented with accuracy.
• Customer-focused with urgency in requests.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Print and prepare labels daily.
• Maintain label inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Communicate label guide updates with Master Data Management and IT.
• Fulfill label orders monthly and as-needed.
• Assist with label application activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure labelling equipment operates correctly and report issues.
• Follow health & safety policies and regulations.
• Support inventory counts and onboarding new staff.
• Collaborate to provide strong customer service.
