Job summary

Tim Horton's is hiring for a full-time position at our manufacturing facility in Ancaster, Ontario. The role operates on the afternoon shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, and involves forklift-powered material handling, packing, and quality checks.

Responsibilities include unloading beans, batching, operating packaging machines, and maintaining accurate production records, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Benefits are provided per company policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg).
• Proven track record of reliability and safety.
• 2+ years in production/packaging in food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, store, open, and dump green coffee beans into silos.
• Ensure proper quantity and type of beans from silos.
• Blend, bag and weigh blended green coffee for outbound shipments.
• Set up and operate packaging machines; complete start-up checklists.
• Perform quality checks and cleaning of magnets.
• Complete production reports.
• Stage, load and unload finished product and raw materials using forklift.
• Receive deliveries and complete inbound checklist.
• Follow health and safety policies; report deviations.
• Other duties as assigned.
