You will be the primary point of contact for managing incoming technical service requests, parts orders, and warranty claims, ensuring customers receive timely and effective support.

Position Details

• Position: After-Sales Customer Support
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Salary: $24/hour
• Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities

1. Manage incoming technical service requests, parts orders, and warranty claims.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to end-users and service contractors.
3. Troubleshoot equipment issues using technical manuals and collaborating with manufacturers.
4. Process walk-in parts orders efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or gas systems is highly beneficial.
• Basic understanding of logistics and warehousing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
