We are currently seeking to fill a Customer Service Agent / After-Sales position for our Toronto store.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with issues regarding their furniture orders and ensure their satisfaction through phone, email, and in-person contact.
- Liaise with delivery providers to address delivery issues and reassure clients regarding resolutions.
- Investigate complaints and concerns, contact relevant departments and third-party resources to find solutions, and communicate with customers to resolve situations.
- Respond to client inquiries and create service work orders as required, following company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate service calls and follow through to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Enter information into the system and track actions and results accordingly.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by being proactive, creative, and organized.
- Assist with other store administrative duties as required.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service department.
- Excellent problem-solving, listening skills, and empathy to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Exceptional follow-up, organizational, and computer skills to be efficient in the role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid multitasking abilities with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Proficiency with inventory operating systems and computer skills (emails, MS Office, etc.).
- Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
