Responsibilities
Oversees delivery of direct patient care after hours.
Coordinates patient placement and discharge needs.
Liaises with Access Coordinator to facilitate transfers.
Monitors staffing levels and manages overtime as needed.
Represents the unit in conflict resolution with patients and staff.

Education
