About This Role

We’re looking for an Affiliate Account Manager (Fashion & Lifestyle) to join us and work with global brands on our affiliate marketing platforms. In this role, you'll do a mix of business development and account management, owning relationships with leading brands from start to finish with a goal of driving incremental revenue for ICG across various platforms.

This is a full-time, remote position. You must have experience leading B2B Affiliate programs in ecommerce.

What You’ll Do

  • Business Development: you'll promote our affiliate marketing platforms, selling and closing new partnerships with leading global brands across fashion, beauty and home/living. This will include CPC, CPA and Media partnerships with brands, agencies and multi-brand retailers.
  • Account Management: you'll own the relationship with a portfolio of brands, helping to ensure they meet and exceed their marketing and ROAS goals with ICG. This will require a mix of account management, customer success and inside sales work.
  • Market Expansion: as we expand to new markets, categories and verticals you'll take a lead GTM role to help ensure that the expansion is successful.

About You

  • You have experience managing affiliate marketing campaigns, either on the brand or agency/platform side
  • You are strong in sales/account management, but open to expanding your scope to other areas of the business as we scale
  • Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to be done and take accountability, even for tasks that aren’t officially “yours.”
  • Startup Environment: You enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic environment where things move fast and processes evolve quickly. You are okay with some things being very structured, and others being a little loose.
  • You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating primarily in English with team members around the world.
