Job summary

Galderma is seeking a motivated GAIN Intern to support educational programs, customer engagement initiatives, and business operations across Canada. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, event planning, communications, and reporting within a leading aesthetics company.

The role provides exposure to marketing, medical education programs, and opportunities to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Help create presentations, communications, reports, dashboards, and business updates.
• Support the planning and coordination of educational events and training programs.
• Work with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to gather information, quotes, and event support.
• Assist with developing communications and materials for GAIN programs and sales initiatives.
• Support project management and administrative activities to help programs run smoothly.
• Contribute to day0day business operations and special projects assigned by the manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute programs, initiatives, and company policies.
