• Experience in aircraft maintenance training or equivalent
• Experience delivering training and on-the-job coaching

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs to define priorities and learning strategies
• Develop training plans for various operational roles
• Design, review and improve training content with experts
• Create innovative training tools and materials
• Deliver technical training sessions and support employees in task execution
• Keep training materials up to date and revise as needed
• Evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes
• Monitor regulatory and technical training within the certification system
• Prepare and archive training certificates in digital records
• Provide training records to clients and authorities as required
• Address client training requirements related to airworthiness agreements
• Deploy training programs based on contractual agreements
• Perform related duties
