Job summary

RTX is seeking a Supplier Quality & Development Professional for the Collins Global Supplier Quality Tiger Team in Oakville, Canada. The role focuses on managing supplier qualification, certification, and performance through robust quality tools and CAPA processes.

You will drive PPAP, source inspection, and preventive actions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet RTX quality goals. This hybrid onsite position requires travel and a strong STEM background.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 8+ years in supply chain/quality
• Experience with quality regulations and core tools
• Knowledge of APQP and QMS (AS 9100 / ISO 9001)

Responsibilities

• Ensure Quality management processes and supplier performance targets.
• Lead supplier qualification, certification, and onboarding.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality.
• Manage supplier transformation projects to RTX expectations.
• Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
