Job summary

Nanowave Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced RF Engineer to design and optimize low phase noise RF sources for aerospace applications. You will design and program control boards, work with cross‑functional teams, and develop power supply concepts while maintaining rigorous documentation.

Requirements include 5+ years in RF design, a degree in EE or physics (PhD preferred), CGP experience or eligibility, and legal work status in Canada. Altium PCB skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ RF design experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics from an accredited university.
• Preferred PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics with related thesis and 5–10 years RF design experience.
• Experience in CGP environment is an asset and CGP registration is required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, analyze and develop compact low phase noise RF sources for aerospace environments.
• Hands‑on laboratory testing and troubleshooting with a cross‑functional team.
