Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel, Quebec is seeking a Methods Supervisor to lead the Methods team for the A220 program. You will guide ground testing strategies, define manufacturing plans, and ensure alignment between engineering specs and test procedures.

You will coach a 10–15 person team, manage projects to meet deadlines, and drive process improvements, training, and qualification, with opportunities for mobility and professional development.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with aerospace or manufacturing focus.
• Approximately ten years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production.
• Proven leadership, good judgment, and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Airbus's vision and values.
• Define and evolve strategies for ground testing and manufacturing.
• Own ground testing troubleshooting process and drive issue resolution.
• Identify production needs and optimize processes to remove non-value-added activities.
• Develop the manufacturing plan, including training, tooling, and process qualification.
• Coach a 10–15 person team to develop talent and performance.
