Job summary

Aerospace seeks a Technician - ISC Level 2 to support ISC operations by performing moderately complex troubleshooting, testing equipment, maintaining systems, and reporting issues onsite at Kanata, ON. You will assist in process improvements to improve efficiency and report to the Sr ISC Production Supervisor, helping ensure equipment runs reliably and downtime is minimized.

Requires high school diploma, 2 years of electronic testing experience, ability to lift 35 lbs, and CGP security clearance

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required and related electronic testing experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronic testing role.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and calibrate test systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Testing verification and reporting of devices under test.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues related to devices under test.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support test setups, upgrades and modifications.
• Document all test activities in appropriate software, including updating equipment records and preparing reports.
