Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace in Oakville, Ontario is seeking a Deburr Technician - AHT to support finishing operations on landing gear components. You will deburr, file, polish, and clean parts to drawing, operate overhead cranes, and participate in OSV and LEAN initiatives.

This role requires a high school diploma with 1–3 years deburring experience, ability to read micrometers or verniers, and eligibility to work in Canada with ITAR/CCGP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1–3 years of current deburring experience.
• Demonstrated ability to read micrometers/verniers; prior deburr experience is essential.
• Eligible to work in Canada; must meet ITAR/CCGP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, filing, polishing and cleaning of landing gear components as specified.
• Support quality initiatives with operator self-verification (OSV).
• Operate overhead cranes to move large parts.
• Participate in LEAN and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support rework and surface finishing tasks as required.
