Job summary

MAGROUP Magnaghi Aerospace and CFN Precision Ltd are seeking experienced CNC Mill Machine Operators to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Canada. You will set up and operate milling machines to produce high‑precision landing gear components and aerospace structures according to drawings and specs.

Qualifications

Read and interpret aerospace drawings and GD&T.
Experience machining high‑strength alloys (steel, titanium, aluminum).
Familiar with AS9100 quality systems.
Strong attention to precision and documented records.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3, 4, 5-axis as applicable).
Interpret drawings, blueprints, GD&T and technical specs.
Select tools, fixtures, and materials for machining.
Perform tooling offsets, work offsets, and first‑piece validation.
Conduct in‑process inspections with precision instruments.
Maintain production and inspection records per AS9100 and procedures.
Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues with Engineering and Quality teams.
Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean.
