Safran Landing Systems in Mirabel, QC, is seeking a CNC machinist to manufacture landing gear components using lathes, milling machines and multi-axis CNC centers. You will verify, prepare, assemble, and machine parts while adhering to specifications and quality documentation.

The role requires DEP in machining techniques, CNC experience, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. Evening shift from Mon to Thu, with potential schedule changes per collective agreements, plus strong benefits and

• verify, prepare, and perform the assembly of the part.
• carry out machining operations according to the machining range.
• solve technical problems or provide solutions to methodtechnicians and CNC programmers.
• inspect the part to ensure compliance with specifications and take necessary measures if abnormal situations are detected.
• organize your work and schedule tasks based on instructions regarding priority parts.
• consult technical documents on the computer such as work drawings, operations sheets, procedures, and complete QA documentation.
• ensure that tools/jigs and equipment are in good condition.
