Job Description
  • Design of avionics systems, which include navigation, communication, and monitoring systems essential for aircraft operations and safety.
  • Creation of electrical power systems that ensure reliable energy supply to various aircraft components.
  • Conduct tests on electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain existing systems, troubleshooting issues that arise during operation.
  • Prepare technical documentation including system specifications, compliance reports, and installation instructions.
  • Work with other engineering disciplines to integrate various systems within an aircraft or spacecraft.
Additional Information
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Employees who must relocate for the position may benefit from initial relocation assistance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering with an emphasis on electrical systems, or a related field like electrical engineering with a focus on aerospace applications.
