Job summary

AAA Canada in Mirabel is seeking a Methods Agent to define and write work instructions for installing mechanical and structural components on test benches or test aircraft, using SAP and CATIA V5. You will participate in root cause investigations, plan production changes, support daily Flight Test manufacturing activities, and review engineering documents.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in configuration management of mechanical and structural installations.
• DEC in aeronautics or university degree in mechanical engineering.
• Strong SAP knowledge and related processes; CATIA V5 is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Define and write work instructions and sequences for installation on test benches or test aircraft using SAP, CATIA V5.
• Participate in root cause investigations and evaluate costs, impacts, and risks of production changes.
• Meetings for planning and implementing production changes or new configurations.
