Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You’ll support the team on the Salesfloor when needed and uphold AE standards and values daily.

You’ll handle stock tasks efficiently, maintain organized stock areas, and assist teammates with guest needs while adhering to safety and asset protection guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock-related role.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Move product from Stockroom to Salesfloor via shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Keep Stockroom organized and efficient; manage merchandise, visuals, props and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, plan actions with store leadership and execute.
• Assist teammates with non-stock tasks or guest needs.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies.

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• You're a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• You keep the Stockroom efficient and productive by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You help teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance when needed.
• Safety standards are a priority in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
