Job summary

Aerie, part of American Eagle Outfitters, is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Vaughan, ON. You will move products from stockroom to the sales floor, assist with replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising while upholding AE brand standards.

You’ll keep the stockroom organized, identify opportunities, and support the team on the sales floor as needed. Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends is important to fit this role within AE’s fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required for stock movement, replenishment and shelving accuracy.
• Merchandising savvy to maintain AE brand standards and visual presentation.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills to support stockroom and sales floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and move products from stockroom to floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and merchandised with retail fixtures and props.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and communicate with store leadership.
• Help teammates with non-stock tasks and guest assistance as needed.
• Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards and policies.

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passionate about brand standards and a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct them.
• Support teamwork by stepping in and helping team members with non‑stock related tasks or guest assistance.
• Prioritize safety in the stockroom and on the sales floor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
