YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for visual merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Passion for brand standards: You are proactive in ensuring products are moved efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: You keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
3. Innovative thinking: You identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and implement solutions.
4. Teamwork: You assist team members with tasks beyond stock and support guests as needed.
5. Integrity and safety: You prioritize safety, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
