Blacksmith Agency seeks an AEO Specialist to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved. You will be the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will own technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content prioritization with writers and AI while expanding presence across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and related AI search tools, alongside classic organic results.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO and audits.
• Fluency with GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and architecture.
• Define keyword strategy and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Develop links, local search and multi-location SEO strategies.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps.
