Capgemini is seeking an experienced AEM Tower Lead to drive design, development, governance and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager solutions for enterprise digital experiences across web and mobile. You will lead architecture, development, and environment management while collaborating with EA, CX, Product, and data teams to enable scalable customer-facing experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong AEM depth, and delivery experience within Agile programs.

• 10+ years in web and digital experience delivery.
• 5+ years of Adobe Experience Manager experience.
• Experience leading AEM development teams and delivery workstreams.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
