Job summary

Realtek Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced AEM Lead to head the development team, own project deliverables, and drive sprint execution. The role emphasizes Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content delivery, integrations, multi-site implementations, and frontend work.

The candidate will lead the AEM team, develop components and templates, implement GraphQL queries, and manage Cloud Manager pipelines across multiple projects with brand-specific customizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AEM team and own project deliverables
• Develop and maintain AEM Components, Templates, Experience Fragments & Content Fragments
• Implement GraphQL Queries & Query Builder for content delivery
• Develop and maintain OSGi Services & Sling Models
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Configure Dispatcher rules and CDN settings
• Implement AEM Style Systems and support multi-brand website reskinning
• Work across multiple projects using a common AEM codebase with brand-specific customizations
• Manage Cloud Manager pipelines, permissions & environment configurations
• Analyze Lighthouse & SiteImprove reports to improve performance and accessibility
• Support sprint planning and ensure timely project delivery
