Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for an AEM Developer with Workfront experience to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Location: Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support new user onboarding and user audit.
  • Coordination with third party vendors creative groups and external agencies for issues in existing integrations and provide resolution.
  • Support Knowledge creation and updates to existing knowledge base
  • Overall application support for AEM assets and WF Integration.
  • Create and maintain support checklists artifacts knowledge base and make them available for internal audits.
  • Helpdesk support for service coverage in terms of logging diagnosing and managing incoming support requests for AEM Assets.
  • Manage and assist for new Brand Campaign Project and Task creation in Workfront.
  • Manage and assist for new and existing Templates reports and dashboards.
  • Categorize & prioritize requests in accordance with AbbVie support guidelines.
  • Determine actions required based on support requests identifying root causes next steps for resolutions for support ticket closures.
  • Provide notifications through Workfront Service Request tool for updates on tickets until closure.
  • Manage P1 incident notifications and escalations.
