YOUR ROLE

You can't buy a product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Passion for brand standards: You are proactive in ensuring products move efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: You maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Innovation: You identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, plan, and take action to improve store presentation.
4. Teamwork: You are ready to assist team members with non-stock tasks or guest assistance, fostering a collaborative environment.
5. Integrity and safety: You prioritize safety and asset protection standards, adhering to AEO policies and procedures in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
