YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through outstanding in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI targets.
  2. People leadership: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Lead by example and hold associates accountable to service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
  3. Talent development: Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing. Develop associates to provide excellent service and uphold a Guest First culture.
  4. Teamwork and performance: Set clear goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide real-time coaching, and celebrate successes to foster engagement.
  5. Visual and operational excellence: Execute daily visual standards, manage shipment processing, merchandising, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
  6. Integrity and safety: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection policies, and uphold all company policies and procedures.
