Job Overview

As a full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You oversee daily store operations, motivate and train associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Driving Sales: Maximize productivity on the sales floor and fitting rooms, build guest loyalty, and support KPI achievement.
  2. Leadership: Motivate and inspire the team, uphold service standards, and hold associates accountable.
  3. Talent Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
  4. Teamwork and Performance: Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and celebrate successes to motivate the team.
  5. Visual & Operational Excellence: Execute visual standards, manage shipment processing, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
  6. Integrity and Safety: Maintain safety standards, adhere to policies, and act ethically at all times.
