YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by managing Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Driving Sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI targets.
  2. People Leadership: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, serve as a role model, and uphold service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
  3. Talent Development: Recruit, hire, and train strong talent, ensuring the store is well-staffed and associates are developed to deliver outstanding service and embody a Guest First culture.
  4. Teamwork and Engagement: Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, motivate, and celebrate team achievements to foster a positive and productive environment.
  5. Visual & Operational Innovation: Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
  6. Integrity: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow company procedures, and always do the right thing.
