YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates; plus, you ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise: Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas are effectively updated to Floorset standards.
• You're an innovator in merchandising: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in training the team to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store looks #fresh.
• People-oriented: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, implement shrink-reduction strategies, and adhere to all policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Retail merchandising and visual skills, with retail experience as a plus
