YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a "guest ready" environment through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your specialty: Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, including uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers.
• You are a merchandising innovator: Keep your store in top shape by managing day-to-day merchandising, adjusting for sell-through, and replenishing stock. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in training the team on maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store always looks #fresh!
• You are a people person: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity is essential: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, implement shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
