YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your "thing"! Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring store areas are effectively updated to Floorset standards—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement plans.
• You've got a "teamwork" mentality: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in guiding the team to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store looks #fresh!
• You're a people person: Prioritize guest experience and foster a culture of recognition and celebration of team wins.
• Integrity is your middle name: Maintain store safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom, commit to shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
