YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing, merchandising updates, and maintaining a guest-ready store through effective replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• You're an merchandising innovator: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Teamwork is key: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team successes.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, support shrink-reduction strategies, and adhere to policies and procedures.
