Responsibilities

  • You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty.

  • Taking a proactive approach to discovering our customer’s needs and listening to understand what they are asking for.

  • As a stylist, you are up-to-date on current fashion trends and have the ability to educate our customers on our products and also inspire them to try new things…

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Associate is to provide an exceptional shopping experience to each customer, and build long term relationships.

  • Comprehensive onboarding and training from day one.

  • Currently hiring multiple stylists for all locations with flexible, part-time & full-time positions available.

  • The Sales / Sleep Consultant is responsible for achieving sales goals by promoting the Hästens brand philosophy through an immersive Sleep Spa Experience.

  • This is a permanent part-time position that requires availability for all types of shifts (particularly evenings, weekends, and holidays).
