• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they\'re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. We\'ll teach you the model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
