You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest with a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist your team in getting the job done.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Has previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years old.
