Description

Working closely with Sales, Sales Enablement & Training, Finance and Global teams, you will drive the success of program goals and activities including training, events, communication and recognition initiatives. Through dedication to upholding the best possible customer experience, this role will become a centre of excellence for building partner-seller advocacy in the Canada sales organization.The successful candidate is an experienced program manager who will lead and develop Apple’s sales enablement and channel staff advocacy programs, implement strategic vision, and influence business partners to improve program effectiveness. You have a passion for innovation and for surpassing expectations, and you are able to build a strong trusted network within the Sales and Operations organizations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Generally requires 5 - 7+ years of proven experience in retail, channel or technology industries; extensive channel sales exposure is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales strategy, processes, and support required for agile and scalable channel sales programs.
  • Highly experienced in leading collaborative decision-making with cross-functional teams; able to influence and lead without organizational authority.
  • Flexible and adaptable to lead day-to-day program administration and to manage constant change while delivering multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to identify trends and solutions and to make recommendations grounded in data and analytics.
  • Able to travel locally/domestically (10%) and internationally (5%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Tableau an asset
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with a constant drive to focus and simplify in all facets of program initiatives
  • Bilingual in English & French is an asset
  • User experience with Apple hardware and software products
  • Detailed knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape
