We are currently searching for an Advisory Services Project Manager to join our Strategic Advisory Services group in Vancouver. This role primarily works with local government and First Nations clients.

This position offers opportunities to grow the team, lead junior staff, and engage in diverse strategic advisory projects. Collaboration across the organization and career advancement are emphasized, with constructive feedback for growth.

The role involves providing integrated asset and climate advisory services, managing projects, developing strategies, conducting assessments, and advising on strategic considerations such as capital investment, climate resilience, operational strategies, risk management, regulatory compliance, performance, data management, and strategic alignment.

Job Requirements

• Strategic and systems thinking with a technical understanding of community services and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with proven problem-solving and operational improvement abilities.
• Client management and marketing abilities.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, planning, business management, or related field from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in advisory services, infrastructure decision-making, investment planning, or business process improvement with local government.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in advisory or multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in infrastructure asset management, climate adaptation, risk management, or similar fields.
• Experience working with diverse teams including engineers, planners, and leadership.
• Knowledge of asset management, climate resiliency, engagement, and facilitation is an asset.
• Existing network with local government clients in the lower mainland is an asset.
• Certifications in engagement, asset management, sustainability, or change management are assets.
• Experience with enterprise asset management software and data analysis/visualization is an asset.
