Description and Requirements

Lenovo Research is seeking an experienced programmer to join our AI Camera team within the broader PC Innovation and Ecosystem organization. This US-based team researches and implements cutting-edge AI models and algorithms to enhance the customer experience with Lenovo cameras. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues on research projects, contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, and have opportunities to solve technical problems with innovative ideas, validate these in code, file patent applications, and present technical demos.

Basic Qualifications:

• MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Proficient in designing and utilizing data structures and algorithms
• At least 3 years of experience applying machine learning and deep learning to computer vision or related areas
• Familiar with Windows development environments
• At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying neural networks and deep learning systems on devices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, C, Matlab
• Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques
• Strong time management and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Result-oriented mindset
