Position Details

The work mode arrangement for this position is full-time on-site. Several opportunities are currently available in the Chaudière-Appalaches region.

Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by informing them about existing applications and technological tools to assist them in transactions and operations.
• Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery and activities.
• Assist members and clients who encounter fraud or irregularities, and refer them to the appropriate partners.
