Job Summary:

The Advisor, Talent Acquisition Delivery Performance ensures the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of recruitment operations through data-driven insights and process optimization. They monitor key hiring metrics, analyze trends, collect stakeholder feedback, and drive continuous improvements. They oversee quality assurance for job postings, requisitions, and offer letters to maintain consistency, compliance, and a seamless candidate experience.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Performance Monitoring & Analytics
  2. Lead the performance monitoring of recruitment delivery activities.
  3. Monitor and analyze key recruitment performance indicators (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) to assess efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Provide regular data-driven insights and reporting to leadership on recruitment performance trends, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
  5. Leverage data analytics to continuously optimize recruitment processes, drive efficiencies, and enhance overall team performance.
  6. Experience & Continuous Improvement
  7. Collect and assess feedback from candidates and hiring managers. Propose recommendations to improve the hiring experience and address process gaps.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, gather stakeholder feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the end-to-end recruitment process.
  9. Work with Talent Acquisition Process Owner to adjust processes based on insights and KPIs.
  10. Ensure quality control (QA) across requisitions, job postings, and offer letters, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  11. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to refine workflows, enhance operational effectiveness, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Requirements:

Education / Certification / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment analytics, or HR performance reporting.
  • Proven experience using data and performance metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency with recruitment systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (written & oral). Any designation for these above would be considered an asset.
