This is a Temporary Full-Time position up to approximately nine (9) months.
Sinai Health is seeking a collaborative Advisor, Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment by managing key stages of the hiring process, from job postings and prescreening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding activities, all while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.. You will work closely alongside Talent Acquisition professionals to provide client service excellence to hiring managers, supporting them with your organizational expertise and proactive approach. About the Talent Acquisition team :
Our Talent Acquisition team plays a crucial role in ensuring Sinai Health remains at the cutting edge of patient care by providing essential services such as recruitment and hiring selection, job fairs / hiring events, sourcing and outreach, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. We focus on recruiting for both Mount Sinai and Hennick Bridgepoint Hospitals while partnering with other HR teams within the People and Culture portfolio department. In our recruitment endeavors, we prioritize creativity and innovation to optimize processes and technologies. This strategy enables us to effectively cater to the requirements of + clients, successfully filling over diverse positions.
