Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for planning, creating, and distributing high-quality content across our digital platforms — including social media, YouTube, our corporate website, and working towards creating a consistent high-performing content ecosystem for Bombardier.
  • Support the digital marketing team in developing the annual content plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand, business objectives, and audience needs.
  • Write, edit, and manage content across various formats — including social media, community management, and web pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather inputs, shape narratives, and ensure alignment.
  • Maintain and evolve our tone of voice, content guidelines, and editorial standards.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication aligned with campaigns and milestones.
  • Create content briefs for internal creative teams and work with copywriters and external suppliers.
  • Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights and feedback.
Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing and leading content and web strategies in a large organization.
  • Effective interaction with external and internal contacts and team members.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; long-form copywriting is an asset.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Budget management and reporting skills.
  • Solid leadership skills and ability to work across teams and functions.
