Job description

As an investment assistant, you play a hands-on role supporting the advisors by performing all the administrative and operational tasks involved in securities account management. You track client account transactions daily and resolve various administrative situations. You must be proactive, think ahead, and demonstrate leadership to handle daily requests and perform tasks as instructed, adhering to high quality standards. You will maintain close, regular contact with clients, employees, and partners to answer questions, take action, and monitor changes in circumstances. Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential. Your goal is to meet the needs of members and clients, ensuring their full satisfaction, supporting business growth, managing risks and compliance, and adhering to current practices and policies, while leveraging your ability to achieve results.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing documentation for member and client meetings.
  2. Managing advisors’ calendars and voicemail.
  3. Completing account openings, forms, and securities transactions as directed by advisors.
  4. Handling queries, conducting research, and proposing tailored solutions to meet member and client needs.
  5. Producing reports, statistics, and preparing related documents.
