The role involves client interaction, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with policies. As an investment assistant, you play a hands-on role supporting the advisors by performing all the administrative and operational tasks involved in securities account management. You track client account transactions daily and resolve various administrative situations. You must be proactive, think ahead, and demonstrate leadership to handle daily requests and perform tasks as instructed, adhering to high quality standards. You will maintain close, regular contact with clients, employees, and partners to answer questions, take action, and monitor changes in circumstances. Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential. Your goal is to meet the needs of members and clients, ensuring their full satisfaction, supporting business growth, managing risks and compliance, and adhering to current practices and policies, while leveraging your ability to achieve results.
